Quickly open containing folder or directory of current workbook in Excel

When we open workbooks from "Recent" in Excel backstage view frequently, we may forget workbooks' saving path, however, Excel doesn't support to open the folder that contains the active workbook with one click. The Open Containing Folder utility of Kutools for Excel will easily open the folder that contains current workbook, and select this workbook.

1. Please active a workbook that you want to open its folder and select it in the folder, and then applying this utility by clicking Enterprise > Workbook Tools > Open Containing Folder.

2. The folder that contains current workbook will be opened in Window Explorer, and this workbook is selected. See screenshot:

Note: This utility will not apply to a never saved workbook.
