If you want to remove blank or empty lines from whole document, you can apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Empty Paras > Remove Empty Manual Line Breaks. All blank or empty lines in the whole document will be removed.

Supposing you just want to remove blank or empty line from a part of document, you should select a part of document first, and then apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Empty Paras > Remove Empty Manual Line Breaks. All blank or empty lines in the selection will be removed.
