Easily send email to multiple recipients individually in Outlook

Kutools for Outlook

If you are a salesperson, you likely need to send emails to multiple customers daily. To ensure each email is personalized and recipients are unaware of each other, you can use the Mail Merge feature in Outlook. However, this feature has limitations, such as the inability to use cc or bcc fields and the inability to include attachments. With Kutools for Outlook's Send Separately feature, you can overcome these limitations and send personalized emails with cc, bcc, and attachments effortlessly.

Send the same email to multiple recipients individually with attachments in Outlook

By using the Send Separately feature of Kutools for Outlook, you can send, reply or forward personalized mass emails with attachments quickly and easily. Please do with the following steps:

1. Create a new message. In the new Message window, add the recipients you want to send individually into the To field. You can add Cc or Bcc recipients as needed.

2. Click Kutools > Send Separately in the ribbon. The To button will change to SP To, and a greeting will be inserted into the message body. See screenshot:

Tips: In the greeting text, you can replace FullName with FirstName or LastName ad needed.

3. Compose the message you want to send, and click the Send button. The email will be sent to each recipient individually with their own personalized greeting.

Notes:

This feature can also be applied when replying to or forwarding emails.
This feature supports contact groups as well.
To insert attachments when sending personalized mass emails, simply click Insert > Attach File to insert the attachments you need, see screenshot:
