Software License Agreement
Before continuing with the installation of this software, you must agree to the terms of this license agreement. By clicking the "Accept" button or by installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this license agreement, including disclaimers and limitations of liability.
1. Grant of License
This software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
1.1 Free Features
The free and professional versions of this software share the same installation package. The features marked as free can be used without limitations (even after the professional version's trial period ends) and can be used for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.
1.2 Trial Period of Professional Features
The professional features of this software can be tried for free for 30 days. After the trial period, you must purchase a professional license to continue using these features.
1.3 Professional License
- Office or Commercial Use: Each professional license can be used on one desktop computer and one laptop.
- Home Use: Each professional license can be used on up to five computers within a household.
- To use the software on more computers or by more users, additional licenses must be purchased.
2. Important Notice
This Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "License") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or an entity) and ExtendOffice (hereinafter referred to as the "Author"). By using this software, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.
3. Distribution and Redistribution
3.1 License
We encourage users to redistribute the software on their websites for others to download, provided the installation package remains unchanged. You may also pre-install the software on computers for sale or distribute and install it on computers within your organization without a license.
3.2 Conditions
Any redistribution, website publication, pre-installation, or organizational installation must maintain the software's integrity. The installation package must not be altered (except for entering legally obtained registration codes or other information into the MSI installation package), decompiled, decrypted, or otherwise modified.
4. Copyright
The ownership and copyright of the software (including but not limited to images, photos, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" contained in the software), as well as accompanying printed materials, belong to the Author or its suppliers. The software is protected by copyright law and international treaties, and all rights are reserved.
5. Disclaimer
The Author expressly disclaims any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, and any warranties arising from trade practice, custom, or course of dealing. You acknowledge that the software is provided "as is," and the Author does not warrant that the software will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with hardware and/or software not provided by the Author. This disclaimer is an essential part of the agreement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
